§ 1 General

Your individual related data (e.g. title, name, adress, e-mail-adress , phonenumber, banking account, number of credit card) will be used by us according the regulations of the German data protection law. The following rules inform you about mode, range and scope of investigation and usage individual realated data. This privacy notice is valid only for our web sites. If you are routed from other web sites to our web sites, please inform you on the other web sites about handling with your data.

§ 2 Automatic Data Logging

Due to technical reasons e.g. the following data will be collected:

- type and version of your browser
- used operating system
- web site from where you are coming (Referrer URL)
- web site you will visit
- date and time of your access
- your Internet Protokoll (IP)-Adress .

These anonymous data will be collected separetely from your possible stated indiuvidual related data and gives no conclusion to a dedicated person. They will be used for statistical purposes to optimy our internet design and our offers. After analysis these data will be deleted.

§ 3 Master Data

1. Your individual related data which we use for the conclusion of a contract (master data), we only use for the offer process. E.g. for delivery we need your name and adress for our logistic partner. For credit assessment we give your data to Creditreform. Without your permission or legal reasons we do not send your data to a third party, if it is not involved in the offer process.

2. For criminal prosecution, danger prevention by the police authorities, or similiar authorities of the Federal Republic of Germany we are forced to provide information about the master data.

§ 4 Information
