§ 1 Rigth of withdrawal

As customer you can withdraw your contract within one month without giving reasons either in a written notice (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or reshipping the goods. The period is running at the day of goods receipt at the recipient and with receipt of this written instruction. Ensuring the cancellation period sending the withdrawal or the reshipping in time. § 2 Consequences of cancellation

In case of an effective cancellation on both sides received goods and services are to replace and may be reduced by usage (e.g. interest). Parcels are to be reshipped. You have to pay reshipping if delivered goods are equal the ordered goods, if the price of the goods is lower than EUR 40,00 or if you have not payed at the time of cancellation. Otherwise reshipping is free of charge. Obligations to pay you have to do within 30 days after sending the cancellation.

§ 3 Specific indices

You have no rigth of cancellation

1. after delivery of individual tailored products or if the goods are rapid noxious.

2. after delivery of audios, videos or software if the delivered medium are unsealed by the customer.

3. After delivery of newspaper or mags.
