Delivery
We deliver odered products as soon as possible. If in exceptional cases the delivery was delayed, we may deliver your order as part order. For part orders you have to pay no handling and shipping costs. In exceptional cases our supplier may not deliver in time. So we will give you 5% discount for those material we deliver after 2 weeks.
For custom made products delivery time depends from manufacturer.
Costs, payment method
All prices are ex stock in Euro including German VAT (19%). Shipping, postage and packing costs are calculated separately.

Payment
For prepayment we grant 5 % cash discount.
Claims / wrong delivery
We want to have a highly pleased customer. If the delivered goods are defective we replace them or you get back your money. Different colours between monitor and original are possible. Return must be done in the original packing. Before shipping back pls. get in contact with us under info@lacoperta.eu.
Custom made products can't be replaced.
